Recently renovated and equipped with every comfort, this apartment is located in the historical center, just a 2-minute walk from Via del Pratello, the famous "bohemian" street in Bologna filled with pubs, bars, and restaurants.

The apartment, situated on the third floor without an elevator, opens into a small entrance. On the right, you immediately access the spacious bedroom, featuring a comfortable King Size bed, made even cozier with a comfortable topper. The bedroom is furnished with a desk suitable for study or work and a spacious wardrobe.

Continuing from the entrance, there is a small corridor leading to the bathroom, adorned with suspended design fixtures and equipped with a convenient and spacious shower. Moving on, you encounter the living area with the kitchen, fully equipped with everything needed for cooking, including a dishwasher, microwave, and electric kettle, as well as a comfortable table for relaxed meals. Within the living area, there is also a comfortable sofa that can be transformed into a sofa bed (120x190 cm) when needed. 

The apartment is very bright and quiet, offering a pleasant view of the city rooftops.

Other details to note:

- The small freight elevator is suitable for transporting items and people. We suggest using it only for luggage transportation upon arrival and departure, as it is very slow and not suitable for regular use. 

- The apartment is located inside the ZTL (limited traffic zone) area.

- Food and beverages are not provided in the accommodation. When properly stored, to prevent waste we leave in the apartment basic condiments such as oil, salt, and sugar, previously purchased by other guests.
