The apartment is situated on the first floor of a building without an elevator.

The entrance opens onto a spacious dining room, furnished with prestigious furniture, from which you access the modern and functional kitchen, equipped with everything you need for cooking including an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, and freezer.

Adjacent to the dining room is the living room. Intimate and cozy, it features a comfortable designer sofa, a flat-screen Smart TV, and a second table, suitable for less formal meals or for study/work. Continuing from the kitchen, you enter a hallway, from which you have access to the master bedroom and the two bathrooms.

The main bedroom, spacious and bright, features a comfortable queen-size bed (160x200) and a large wardrobe. Moreover, its location overlooking the inner courtyard guarantees a quiet and relaxing stay.

The two bathrooms, both furnished with suspended and designer sanitary ware, are compact and functional. In the first one, there is a spacious shower, while in the second one, there is a convenient laundry area.

A second bedroom completes the apartment. Located in continuity with the living room, separated by a beautiful glass door with a curtain to ensure privacy, it is furnished with a queen-size bed (160x200) that can be separated into two single beds if needed.
