The apartment is located on the second floor of a 1920s building with no elevator, situated in one of the most prestigious residential neighborhoods of the city, at the foot of the Osservanza hill, just a few minutes' walk from the city center.

You enter through a pleasant inner courtyard, surrounded by greenery, which leads to the entrance of the building, and from there, climbing the stairs, you reach the apartment. The entrance opens into a small hallway, from which you access an open space area, bright thanks to the large windows, where you find the kitchen and living room. The kitchen is functional and essential, but equipped with all the necessary tools for cooking, including a microwave oven and a fridge with freezer. A table with 4 chairs divides the kitchen from the living area, consisting of a sofa, comfortably convertible into a sofa bed (120x190 cm), and a 42" Smart TV. From the open space area, there are two doors, leading to the bedroom and the bathroom. The bedroom has a comfortable queen-size bed (160x190 cm) and a spacious wardrobe. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and washing machine. The apartment's design features pastel colors, pleasant and relaxing, as well as its position surrounded by greenery among villas with centuries-old trees.

Climbing uphill from the apartment's street, you reach a position where you can admire a wonderful and unique view of the city. The location of the apartment, situated on one of the hills of Bologna, also allows you to reach the numerous green areas of the famous Bolognese hills, less known among mainstream tourism, but unique and charming.
