The hallway ends in the main area of the house, a very bright open-space with a living room, kitchen, and large dining table. The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, a microwave, and an electric kettle, along with everything needed for cooking. In the living area, there is also a comfortable sofa that can be converted into a sofa bed (120x190 cm), in front of which there is a 42” Smart TV.

The apartment does not have a washing machine or a dishwasher.
