The Saffi Design Apartments complex, consisting of 3 apartments, is located on the first floor of a modern building with an elevator. The building is a 5-minute walk from Porta San Felice, one of the medieval gates of Bologna, providing access to the historical center of the city. Its location is also very convenient for reaching the airport and the train station.

The Brezza apartment is spacious and furnished with great attention to detail, featuring minimalist design elements. The entrance opens into a hallway furnished with a mirror and a convenient wardrobe. To the left of the hallway is the bathroom door, while continuing down the corridor leads to the main part of the apartment—a bright open space housing the kitchen, living area, and bedroom.

The kitchen is equipped with induction stovetops, a refrigerator, freezer, oven, and dishwasher, and has everything needed for cooking. The living area is furnished with a comfortable table for meals or work/study, and a sofa that can be transformed into a bed (140x190 cm). Facing the table and sofa is a flat-screen smart TV.

In the same space, but slightly separated in a niche, there is a comfortable queen-size bed (160x200 cm). Finally, the bathroom, which is very spacious, features suspended design fixtures, double sinks, mirrors, and an extremely spacious walk-in shower. Inside the bathroom, there is also a small storage space where the washing machine is hidden behind a curtain.

The apartment overlooks an internal courtyard and, despite being in the central area, is very quiet.
