The Saffi Design Apartments complex, consisting of 3 apartments, is located on the first floor of a modern building with an elevator. The building is a 5-minute walk from Porta San Felice, one of the medieval gates of Bologna, providing access to the historical center of the city. Its location is also very convenient for reaching the airport and the train station.

The Zefiro apartment is spacious and furnished with great attention to detail, featuring minimalist design elements. The entrance opens to a hallway furnished with a mirror and a convenient built-in wardrobe, extending to the adjacent kitchen. To the left of the hallway, there are two doors. The first leads to a small laundry room equipped with a sink and washing machine. To its right is the entrance to the bathroom, leading to a spacious ensuite. The bathroom is expansive, featuring double sinks, a double shower, large mirrors, and suspended and designer sanitary fixtures.

Continuing from the hallway, you reach the kitchen, equipped with everything necessary for cooking, including induction stovetops, a refrigerator, freezer, oven, and dishwasher. Opposite the kitchen is a comfortable queen-size bed (160x200 cm).

Moving forward, you enter the living area furnished with a comfortable table and a sofa, which can be converted into a sofa bed if needed (140x190 cm). Facing the sofa is a flat-screen smart TV. The apartment overlooks an internal courtyard and, despite being in the central area, remains very quiet.
