The apartment is located on the ground floor within a typical countryside courtyard of old Bologna, which over the years has modernized and been completely integrated into city life.

Compact and essential, yet equipped with all comforts, Stay Stadium has been recently renovated and has an independent entrance, with direct access from an internal lane. Upon entering, we find ourselves immediately in the main area, furnished with a dining table and chairs, flat-screen Smart TV, and kitchenette, complete with everything needed for cooking including oven, small fridge with freezer, and electric kettle.

In the second room, there is a spacious bedroom, equipped with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) and a sofa that can be converted into a comfortable sofa bed (120x190 cm) when needed, as well as a wardrobe and spacious chest. Inside the bedroom, frescoes have been recovered, which tell us about the rural and noble past of the residence, while throughout the apartment, we can appreciate the ancient vaulted ceilings, restored with taste and care.

To the right of the main door, we find the bathroom, which is vertically developed, featuring a convenient walk-in shower and is equipped with a washing machine.

Its location, situated 18 minutes by bus from Piazza Maggiore, makes it convenient for those who want to visit the city center without giving up the convenience of being able to travel by car, also given the ease of reaching the apartment from the highway. Its proximity to the Bologna stadium also makes it the perfect destination for those traveling to the city for concerts or sporting events. Just a few steps away is the portico of San Luca, from which you can enjoy an invaluable view of the city and its famous hills.
