Surroundings

The apartment is located in the Porto-Saragozza district.

The Saragozza area is known for being quieter and more residential, is characterized by elegant historical buildings and Liberty-style villas and large, panoramic, well-maintained green spaces.
The Porto area, in recent years has undergone a process of redevelopment and gentrification and, thanks to the presence of MAMbo (Bologna's Museum of Modern Art) and the spaces of the Manifattura delle Arti, has emerged as one of the city's culturally vibrant and active zones, showcasing high-quality initiatives by institutions and associations.
Notable places not to be missed in this neighborhood include the Manifattura delle Arti, the MAMbo museum, the Monumental Cemetery of Certosa, Cavaticcio Park, Villa delle Rose, Villa Spada, and the Basilica of San Luca, a true symbol of the city of Bologna, offering a beautiful panorama of the famous Bolognese hills. For cinema enthusiasts, the nearby Cineteca di Bologna is a must-visit. World-renowned for its collection of films and conservation and restoration projects, the Cineteca has its cinema, Lumière, where you can appreciate numerous films outside the mainstream circuit. In the vicinity is also the Cassero, a historic association aimed at protecting the rights of the LGBT+ community, making Bologna a pioneer city in Italy for promoting homosexual culture and gender differences. Today, it organizes numerous events, including showcases, meetings, festivals, and entertaining nightlife.Less than a 10-minute walk away is the Renato Dall'Ara Stadium, a pleasant stop for sports enthusiasts or concertgoers.
